About The-Internet-Shop - Formed in 1999 we work closely with our suppliers in the UK, Hong Kong and other Far East countries developing the latest products first - ensuring we are always ahead of the competition.

Product Information - All products sold by The-Internet-Shop are of the highest quality and are manufactured / supplied by ISO 9002 registered companies (or overseas equivalent). All product carry the CE approval. All batteries carry both CE and OEM approval.

Product ordering information (Internet) - To order a product On-Line using a credit or debit card please click the respective ‘buy’ button below a product. If you require another product/s please click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to return to our home page. Once your order is complete click the ‘Go to payments’ button. Fill in the ‘Invoice details’ and ‘Delivery address (if different)’ sections and click the ‘Continue’ button. Select the ‘Debit or Credit card’ option and click the ‘Continue’ button. Finally, fill in the ‘Card details’ section and click ‘Continue’ to confirm your order. You will receive an automated receipt by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note - If a ‘SOLD OUT’ message is displayed next to the product ‘Buy’ button please do not order. All orders placed with this message in place will be automatically canceled as we do not hold orders. Security - The credit / debit card entry page is safe, secure and encrypted (Click ‘File’ then ‘Properties’ whilst on the credit / debit entry page for verification). This means that 3rd parties can not see the information you are entering. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with the exception of American Express.

Product ordering information (Post) - To order a product by post using either a Cheque or Postal Order as payment please include the following details : Product/s required, Quantity of product/s required, Total price, Your name, Your full postal address, A contact phone number and e-mail address. Internet Orders / Queries - 24 hours, 365 days / year.

Working Hours / Dispatch times - Monday to Friday - 6.30am to 6.00pm. Dispatch times are detailed above each product / group of products - We usually dispatch all orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday on the same day. However, on occasion, certain products may be out of stock - On these rare occasions the ordered product/s will be obtained from our suppliers and delivered to you within 28 days.

UK Delivery (Orders under £10 - £0.99) - This form of delivery is by either Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class Post. Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

UK Delivery (Orders over £10 - FREE) - This form of delivery is by either Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class Post, or, if the parcel is large, heavy or expensive by Courier. Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

UK Delivery (1st Class Post - Upgrade) - This form of delivery can be selected whatever the order value. Delivery is normally the next working day from the date of dispatch.

UK Delivery (Next Day - Upgrade) - This form of delivery is by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ or Courier depending on the weight / size of your order. Delivery is the next working day from the date of dispatch.

Overseas (International Post - £5.00) - This form of delivery is by Air mail. Delivery is normally within 2-7 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Automatically Cancelled Orders - Orders made with an invalid e-mail address will be cancelled. Orders made with a credit / debit card that are not registered to the invoice address will be cancelled. Orders we feel to be suspicious will be cancelled. Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with your IP address will be forwarded to the Police.

The above measures are to protect ourselves and our genuine customers against the high levels of internet fraud.

Overseas Orders - We do not ship any goods to Indonesia, Nigeria, Iran, Iraq or Albania.

Specific Product Information (Free Gift with orders over £10) - To claim the free gift it must be selected and added to your shopping cart, we can not manually add it after an order has been placed.

Product Images / Descriptions - We try to keep product details up to date at all times. However, due to our wide range of suppliers, product aesthetics / specifications may vary from those show within this site. All images within this site are the property of The-Internet-Shop. Copying without our consent will result in legal action being taken.

Goods Damaged in Transit - All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail / Courier.

IMPORTANT : Upon delivery please physically open the box / package and check the product/s for damage during transit before you sign to accept it. If it has been damaged please refuse to accept it and ask for it to be returned to the senders address. Once returned to us we will then replace the damaged item by return. By signing for the product without checking it you are accepting that you have received the product/s in good condition.

Undelivered / Lost Goods - If after 28 days (UK) or 30 days (Overseas) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your good/s are still undelivered please follow the following procedure : Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please refer to the section further down this page. If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.

Faulty Goods - If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product develops a fault within a reasonable period of time please return it for replacement (or refund if within 7 days as per the Distance Sellling Regulations 2000). Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Replacements are dispatched generally within 2 working days (Car audio products may take longer). Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and your original credit / debit card receipt (included with your order) - If this is not available please include your credit / debit card details, ie. Card number, Expiry date, Valid From Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable). If after the good/s being tested by ourselves they are found to be fully functional they will be returned to you. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied. If any returned good/s are aesthetically damaged they will be returned to you.

Unwanted Goods - Under the Distance Sellling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The product must be returned to us at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / component of a product during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has / have been received by ourselves. Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Courier / Royal Mail returned goods - Should you fail to be present for your delivery our Courier (or Royal Mail if applicable) will leave you a note for you to arrange re-delivery and also advise where you can collect the goods from (should you choose to do so). Our courier company also attempts delivery for two consecutive days if the area is not too remote. If you do not respond to an ‘attempted delivery’ note the goods will be returned to us within 1-5 weeks (at additional cost to us). Once an un-delivered product / order arrives back at our unit we will re-ship it to the same address (as entered on your original order) within 1 working day. The product / order will be double wrapped so proof of the original failed delivery will be evident. A standard re-shipment charge of £10.00 will apply (applicable to all returned orders), this will be charged to the original credit / debit card used for purchase.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods - Good/s incorrectly supplied by us can be returned and exchanged for the correct goods. Please enclose  your order number, your address and the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any good/s are returned damaged they will be returned to you. Please physically try the product before returning it.

3rd Party Order Processing / Dispatch Information - We process and dispatch orders on behalf of many UK companies and traders. If you require information or help relating to an order that we have processed and dispatched but was placed via another website we kindly as you to contact them directly. Any unauthorised returns to our address will not be accepted.
